We are passionate about the land and keeping things natural. We follow organic practices to ensure our land and animals are kept in the best condition. We are amazed at the quality of products you can produce and being sustainable and environmentally friendly for the next generation.

What's in a name?

Frabella is a combination of my two beautiful daughters Frances and Bella. Who love to help milk the goats, make the soap and even help with packaging. They are superstars on the farm, and love bringing their 'city' friends out to enjoy our slice of paradise.

Our Story

From the very first moment we held a baby goat, we knew we were onto something special. These gentle creatures not only captured our hearts but also unlocked the secret of goat milk benefits for the skin. It was the start of a beautiful journey towards crafting natural soap that’s as kind to your skin as it is to the environment.

Sure, there were challenges—plenty of learning and what we lovingly call “soap gone wrong times” (we’ve got lots of seconds!). But every misstep taught us something new, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and leading us closer to perfecting our handmade soap.

Natural Ingredients: Only the finest, sustainably sourced ingredients go into our handmade soap.
Goat Milk Benefits: Enriched with vitamins and minerals, our soaps offer a gentle, nourishing touch that’s perfect for sensitive skin. We use 30% Goats fresh goats milk that is snap frozen then goes straight into our soap, no processing at all. Which we believe we use the most fresh goats milk than any other soap product in the world. (most other goat milk products only have 5% - check the label)
Eco-Friendly Practices: From sourcing to packaging, every step is designed with the planet in mind. Our soaps are handcrafted in small batches using traditional cold processed method, to preserve the natural goodness of our ingredients. Dried naturally and without additives.
Local Craftsmanship: Our products are locally made, supporting both the community and reducing environmental impact. We also source as many local ingredients and have our packaging made in NZ.

Our Goats

Our beautiful goats are free range grass feed with grain at milking time.

We follow organic practices when feeding and provide supplements like seaweed and other natural products to keep them happy and healthy.

They are only milked once a day to ensure they are kept in the best condition. We have a mix of Saanen, British Alpine. Each Doe has its own personality and always keeps us on our toes.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer returns if you change your mind. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Free Shipping - Shipping is free on purchases over $55. What is the estimated delivery time? We understand the excitement you experience when shopping online. That’s why we’re equally excited to deliver the product without a scratch and as quickly as possible. While we try to get your product into your hands as fast as possible, all online orders usually take 3-5 days to be there. In extremely rare cases, it may take up to 7-9 days. Like you, our valued staff likes to enjoy life as well. As such, the only times we can’t deliver are Sundays and Public Holidays. Shipping Invoice We provides a detailed shipping invoice with each order you place, outlining the price, quantities, and shipping charges (where applicable).
